Once a month on a Sunday morning, the Makers’ LAB will be led by an artist/company who has been researching and making new work at Clarence Mews.
The next session in the Makers’ LAB series, which is also the last of the Spring-Summer series, will take place on
Sunday July 16th: Amy Voris: returning and deepening
Informed by Authentic Movement and some experiential anatomy, this LAB will experiment with open structures for improvising and composing. We will explore processes of generating and returning to movement material.
The act of returning to movement material is considered to be a mode of enquiry where the relationship with such material can deepen and develop.
The LAB is intended to offer space where one can ‘begin from scratch’ or work with existing material.
